This form is the gateway for new case creation and existing case lookup.
- To begin the creation of a new case, you simply enter the account number for the related
episode of care and click on "Go".
- If the account already exists in the system, the data will appear on the Case Set Up form. This prevents duplicate entries.
- The Case ID can be used to access an existing record. This form automatically displays the account number associated with the Case ID.
- You can now import Work List data from other software to simplify and speed case set up.
Simply select the appropriate Reason for Review, Review Form and Committee, then click Append.
