This form takes the reviewer systematically through the steps to
get background information on cases assigned for review and, if desired, to
enter all or part of the data to be documented following case review.
- The cases which appear in the drop-down list are specific for each reviewer.
- This makes it easy for one reviewer to cover a colleagues cases whenever necessary.
- Reviewers can contribute to the work of more than one committee with full support from the software.
- The remainder of this form functions identically to the Select Case form.
