This report provides the key data elements needed to find the correct episode of care and understand why the case was considered worthy of peer review.
The Case Scenario is intended to alert the reviewer to the key issues that have already been identified in the process of moving the case to this point. Even where advance review has not been adopted, the report is still effective in guiding the review process. It can be attached to each physical record or used to access an electronic record.
