In the QI Model, timely case review, identification of learning opportunities, and performance feedback are fundamental to extracting the full potential of the peer review process for improving clinical performance.
This report helps the committee chair assure that work is not piling up. It also helps the governing body exercise its oversight responsibility with due diligence. It complements companion reports for turn around time and case volume.
