No individually-identifiable information will ever be included in scientific articles I may prepare as a result of my work.

I guarantee your satisfaction. At the time of service, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let me know and give me the opportunity to make amends. If I am unable to rectify the situation, I will gladly waive whatever portion of my fee that will satisfy you, except for house call and Personal Wellness Course fees. Gift certificates are non-refundable if obtained from a third party.
